The Hospitality Assistant is responsible for delivering and retrieving patient meal trays, providing individualized assistance to each patient, Hospitality Rounds and nourishment services.

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. Performs patient treatments under the general supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. This may include patient transfers; preparing patients and equipment; performing treatments and other duties as assigned or required.

The RN Case Manager is to support the physician and interdisciplinary team in facilitating patient care, with the underlying objective of enhancing the quality of clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction while managing the cost of care and providing timely and accurate information to payers. The Case Manager is accountable for a designated patient caseload and plans effectively in order to meet patient needs, manage the length of stay, and promote efficient use of resources.  

The Patient Care Aide(PCA) works under the direction of the RN/LPN. The responsibilities of the Patient Care Aide include providing direct patient care and maintaining patient care standards. The Scrub Assistant, under the guidance of the RN provides services to surgical patients, maintaining an aseptic environment. The scrub assistant assists in the transporting of patients.

The Registered Nurse (RN) organizes and coordinates delivery of nursing care to groups of patients in compliance with hospital and departmental policies, protocols and procedures.  He/she provides direct patient care by monitoring physiological and behavioral status, evaluating patient progress and the effectiveness of interventions, and by performing treatments and procedures.  He/she recognizes, reports and documents clinical observations.  The Registered Nurse participates in orientation, training and management of personnel.

This position requires a working knowledge of surgical instruments and equipment for a broad range of surgical procedures. Application of sterile technique principles is imperative.

Will be responsible for reviewing and processing all Medicare bad debt for Huntsville Hospital Health System and provide to Accounting for the Medicare cost report which includes reviewing the Medicaid cross over reports.  Will also be responsible for reviewing and submitting vendor invoices for accurate payment.
