Job Summary
This position is responsible for developing evaluations on current and future building space utilization based on LEAN methodology which will be used by senior hospital leaders in making decisions about room assignments, space remodeling, and real estate purchases. Further, this position will assist in the preparation and review of KPI tracking, regulation compliance, and cost management strategies focused on the long term success of the health system.

Trains sections in duties, attends team lead meetings, maintains hiring manual, maintain policies and procedures, maintains schedule for scanning, deposits, electronic remittances, provide staff with remit information indicating denials through JDA and posts patient responsibility through JDA, works on host system on retrieving, exceptions and posting on electronic remittances, identifies errors and problems associated with posting section, assists in retrieving EOB’s from internal data storage, maintains suspense cards and works to post to appropriate patient or refunds payment back to provider and/or patient, maintains daily log from Accounting for lock box deposits, processes lock box returns and takes action as needed, helps maintain time and attendance and ensure proper coverage of staff, ability to perform all duties of staff, maintains monthly listing of direct deposits and remittance to assure all money received, works on dictionaries/RAM file on getting remittances processed electronically through HealthQuest and Meditech has been processed and communicates effectively with PFS regarding posting and balancing in a timely manner.
Performs ultrasonography procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision. Uses independent judgment ingenuity and initiative to perform state-of-the art diagnostic ultrasound procedures.
