Responsible for the support and delivery of education initiatives and courses. The role includes but is not limited to the scheduling, logistics, and communication of training classes, as well as the support of a variety of employee/leadership development initiatives offered to the hospital workforce. The Therapy Scheduler will perform an array of duties including greeting and assisting with check-in and check-out duties of all patients presenting for appointments, scheduling patients in person and via telephone, verifying insurance eligibility, collecting payments, and any other task assigned.
