During the 4-year apprenticeship program, the apprentice associated with the North Alabama Craft Training Facility shall receive work experience and job-related education in all phases of the occupation, including safe work practices, necessary to develop the skill and proficiency of a skilled professional. At the end of the program, the candidate will receive an apprenticeship journey worker certification from the Alabama Office of Apprenticeship and their NCCER certification from the North Alabama Craft Training Center.
