In the absence of the pharmacy manager, a clinical pharmacist may be required to assume the essential responsibilities and perform the duties of the pharmacy manager.
ICU nurses assess, plan, implement and evaluate care services for patients with a broad range of health conditions. They need to be skilled in the assessment of patients and capable of using high tech equipment. ICU nurses must possess the physical, mental and emotional stamina to work with seriously ill patients and their loved ones.
