Performs a variety of duties in the food service department to prepare foods for service, serves foods and cleans up after meal services.  Follows established practices and procedures for patient diet identification and service.

Serves as Administrative Assistant in the Administration Department of the hospital. Will report to the Vice President of the Support Services Line.  Greets the public and answers telephones.  Schedules appointments and meetings, drafts correspondence, and takes minutes at meetings.  Handles and documents patient problems and complaints.

The Clinical Charge Nurse identifies patient needs and priorities for care through assessment, planning and delegating care based on patient needs. Plans, organizes, directs, staffs and controls the activities of the Environmental Services/Linen Departments. Ensures all functions managed are in compliance with required federal, state and local statutes. Builds cohesive relationships with internal and external customers and ancillary departments. Develops and manages departmental budgets. Supports and advances the mission and goals of the organization.

Provides medical nutrition care to patients through nutrition assessment, diagnosis, intervention and education utilizing evidence based guidelines.  Develops care plans with appropriate follow-up and reassessment of intervention. Manages the total nutritional care of patients receiving Enteral Nutrition. Assess and diagnose patients for malnutrition.

The Insurance Assistant is responsible for submitting and following up on claims to third party payers in order to promote prompt reimbursements. The Insurance Assistant is responsible for monitoring the status of claims to determine which claims may need to be corrected and if needed, appealed.

Assist Radiologist and referring Physicians with coordinating patient’s invasive procedures with Ultrasound, CT or Angiography. Assist Radiologist in clinical office.  Give patients instructions prior to their invasive procedure. Schedule and reschedule patient procedures.

Provides diagnostic quality images for MRI. Provides a safe environment for patients and staff.
