The Registered Nurse (RN) new graduate will be part of a 6-week or longer as need determines Internship Program. The new grad will orient on each unit doing three 12- hour shifts until rotating through the specific Service Line (SL) units. The new grad and mentor will work together to care for patients and develop a nursing foundation and skills necessary for positive patient outcomes.
