The Occupational Therapist will interpret the practitioner's referrals and perform complete patient evaluations, develop thorough treatment plans to include goals, reevaluation and discharge planning, performs treatment programs, making modifications when necessary, and ongoing assessment of patient's response to treatment, and any other duties as assigned.
