Performs all cashier duties such as being courteous, totaling sales, and providing correct change. Must follow all cashier policies and guidelines daily by maintaining the register keeping it locked at all times. The Clinical Coordinator (CC)/Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) is responsible for the coordination of clinical

Performs clerical, secretarial duties related to the assigned unit under the direction of the unit director. He/she acts as the unit’s receptionist, answers patient and visitor inquiries within the scope of practice. In addition, the unit secretary will order and monitor utilization of selected supplies: office, nutritional supplements, and forms.
The Patient Care Aide(PCA) works under the direction of the RN/LPN. The responsibilities of the Patient Care Aide include providing direct patient care and maintaining patient care standards. The RN identifies patient needs and priorities for care though assessment. The RN plans and delegates care based on patient needs. The RN evaluates the patient's response to care and the attainment of or progress toward expected outcomes. The RN is accountable for outcomes of patient care delivered during the assigned shift.
Serves as the liaison between the transcription service and hospital and coordinates all processes of transcription. Performs the daily operation of record processing to ensure that discharge records are received, assembled accurately, analyzed, scanned and assigned to the appropriate physician for completion.
Requires continuous auditory and visual attention to PBX and Nurse Call. The primary responsibility of the Communications Representative is to answer, screen and process all PBX calls and Nurse Call from patients, staff and the general public and dispatch or transfer in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner to the appropriate party or department.
Assigns diagnostic and procedure codes to patient records. Enters abstract data in computer and generates reports as required.
Assist the Registered Nurse or the Licensed Practical Nurse in patient care tasks not requiring licensure. Implements care under the supervision of an RN or LPN.
