To develop, implement and coordinate the Neonatal Family Support Program. The family support specialist will provide emotional, informational, educational and inspirational programs for Neonatal families. The program is designed to meet the unique needs of families throughout the neonatal hospitalization. Develop and implement individualized programs from HH Neonatal ICU. Develop supportive relationships with NICU families and collaborate with NICU staff.
