Supervisors are responsible for the daily supervision and operation of the department staff. Supervisors will maintain a working employee schedule in collaboration with other shift supervisors. Supervisors must have a working knowledge and skill in performing all procedures related to the department. Supervisors are registered therapists maintaining competencies that enable them to work in environments specific critical care and ground transports. Pediatric Supervisors will maintain additional competencies for pediatric intensive care settings, pediatric ER, and Kids Care Critical Care Transport. This position has a direct involvement in maintaining The Joint Commission readiness.

Responsible for coordinating pulmonary diagnostics for HH Main and Women’s and Children’s facilities. Responsible for aiding in the education of staff as well as educational functions for nursing.
