Acts as collaborative member of the clinic team in providing continuity of and quality patient care. Assesses and provides appropriate intervention for the problems that patients and families experience related to their health care and treatment to include teaching, counseling and supporting as needed to assist provider, patient and family. Also acts as lead clinician in assistance to provider and/or as dedicated telephone assistant.
Performs patient treatments under the general supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. This may include patient transfers; preparing patients and equipment; performing treatments and other duties as assigned or required.

Registration Representatives are responsible for entering accurate patient and guarantor information into the CPSI computer system. These steps are to be followed in accordance with the established policies and procedures and under the direction of the supervisor.
The Hospitality Assistant is responsible for delivering and retrieving patient meal trays, providing individualized assistance to each patient, Hospitality Rounds and nourishment services.
A Patient Access Clerk is a specialized health care professional who is responsible for obtaining and verifying patient demographic and insurance information to ensure proper billing of patient account as well as a means of contacting the patient in regards to their treatment and/or billing issues. The Charge Capture Specialist serves as the charge capture subject matter expert responsible for reviewing documentation and assigning appropriate charge capture and entering data/charges to include Emergency Department charges; ascertains the accuracy of the data/charges and communicates directly with physicians and their office staff to resolves claim edits such as failed medical necessity edits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
The Patient Care Aide(PCA) works under the direction of the RN/LPN. The responsibilities of the Patient Care Aide include providing direct patient care and maintaining patient care standards. The Patient Care Aide must exhibit the ability to work with people from diverse socio-economic backgrounds; to organize, set priorities and manage multiple priorities, and to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
