As a member of the Huntsville Hospital Foundation team and reporting to the CFO, this position delivers project management, accounts payable, and helps with the daily financial transactions and month-end close process.

Processes lock box for MD Solutions, MBM and CAS payments, assists in processing all incoming mail that includes patient payments, insurance payments and miscellaneous payments daily, stamp and distribute all correspondence, posts Retail Lock Box exception report, processes credit card payments and posts, posts verichecks from Medco weekly, scans and/or moves checks and remittance copies to internal electronic storage system for retrieval, maintains balance sheets in appropriate books for Manager and post zero payments daily.

Masters the use of c-arm fluoroscopy and the surgical procedures it is used for. Functions in all traditional duties of an Imaging Technologist - Utilizes radiographic techniques under the direction of the Physician, to obtain diagnostic/operative images for the surgical procedure.

 The Scrub Assistant, under the guidance of the RN provides services to surgical patients, maintaining an aseptic environment.  The scrub assistant assists in the transporting of patients.

Under the direct supervision of the Lab Administrative Director, Pre-Analytical Manager and Reference Laboratory Supervisor, the Client Services Representative is responsible for daily interaction with Huntsville Hospital Reference Laboratory clients, In-house clinical staff and Laboratory technical staff regarding lab testing for all patient types.  Our client services department routinely responds to telephone inquiries regarding specimen or testing requirements, test result status, courier services and results reporting issues.  Client services staff are also responsible for working cooperatively with a variety of customers to ensure complete and accurate documentation related to lab orders and diagnosis...
