The Patient Care Aide(PCA) works under the direction of the RN/LPN. The responsibilities of the Patient Care Aide include providing direct patient care and maintaining patient care standards. The Nurse Practitioner assesses plans and provides comprehensive patient care independently as well as in collaboration with other health care professionals.
