Reports directly to the Director of Activity Services and in Director’s absence to the Administrator, in the implementation of a comprehensive planned program of activities designed to meet the special needs of geriatric, disabled and convalescent residents in the skilled nursing, extended-care facility.

Education required: High School/GED

Education preferred: Formal training/equivalent experience, such as nursing assistant, C.N.A. or EMT

License, certification and/or registration: Valid driver's license
