Responsible for the overall operation and function of Occupational Therapy Department. This responsibility include, but are not limited to, oversees and provides direct patient care, assures productive use of personnel, demonstrates fiscal awareness, maintains supplies and equipment as needed for operation of department. Develops and provides oversight on implementation of programs for operation of department.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required
Education:Certification by American OT Certification Board Inc. Licensed in the state of Alabama.
Experience: None
Additional Skills/Abilities:Complete hospital and department orientation, ability to manage a sometimes stressful work environment subject to varying and unpredictable situations, independent in use of O.T. adaptive devices and equipment.
