Is responsible for implementing, facilitating, and maintaining Highlands Medical Center’s information technology services including the planning, directing and management of the daily operations. Provides plans for possible use of new technology, including comparisons with current methods. Manages hospital information system (CPSI) including software, hardware, and technical support. Makes recommendations in the implementation and evaluation of instructional technologies.
Manages the hospital’s network services (LAN, WAN, and Campus).
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science Applications or related field, or comparable computer hardware/software certifications or equivalent training and experience. Minimum of three years information technology management experience including a networking environment with Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office Applications. Strong interpersonal communication, problem solving, analysis, and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments and projects.
