Performs the clerical, data entry, receptionist, scheduling, and filing duties for Highlands Physician Network. Performs administrative support services, such as preparing correspondence in final form, receiving visitors, scheduling meetings, maintaining files and conducting special projects as assigned.

Assists with handling time off requests from staff for all PN clinics.  Verifies and authenticates office A/P invoices for timely payment.  Performs other office assistant, clerical, medical and administrative duties as required for office operation.  Assists with scheduling staff and ordering supplies for clinics.  Assists with ordering clerical and medical supplies.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.  Bachelor’s Degree in business or health management preferred.  At least one year of clerical experience in a business setting. Ability to clearly communicate and apply policies and principles to solve everyday problems and deal with a variety of situations.
