Works with Executive Director of Physicians Network, Director of PN Financial Services, physicians, practice administrators and office staff to achieve quality standards on an organizational level as set forth by changing government guidelines.
Trains existing staff and providers on any new application upgrades, form changes or changes related to MIPS or any other regulatory requirements. Responsible for training and assisting clinic with all managed care plans and Medicare quality incentives and measures.
High School Diploma or GED required. Five (5) years EMR experience preferred. Primary Care clinical experience required. Experience in interpreting payer quality metrics and specifications.
