Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions | · Repair electrical systems and equipment and handle preventive maintenance. | · Requisition material and supplies. | · Install switches, receptacles and lights. | · Complete work orders, PM’s and other records in an accurate and timely manner. | · Perform tests on power circuits, distribution panels. | · Maintain the tube system. | · Perform any emergency service required for the safety of personnel, building and equipment. | · Perform generator maintenance and testing. | · Assist in electrical related tasks involving building component installation, maintenance, demolition, renovation and repair. | · Monitor facilities for needed repairs, maintenance, safety concerns and hazardous materials. | · Respond to fire and other emergencies. |

Qualifications
Education Required |
· High School Diploma or GED required. Two years of trade school, college, or equulavent preferred. | License, Certification and/or Registration | · Journeyman licensing or certification preferred. | · Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record. Experience | · Preferred six years experience or comparable combination of education and experience. |
