Performs routine, portable and ICU EEG testing without supervision. Performs LTME without supervision. Observes and assists in other neurodiagnostic procedures.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

Education:
Required: High School diploma or GED. Preferred: Certification from a qualified EEG program, of at least one-year duration and/or some college education from an accredited college or university.

Experience:
One year of experience performing EEG testing; basic knowledge of other neurodiagnostic procedures preferred.

Additional Skills/Abilities:
BLS required before the conclusion of the orientation period.
