Directs activities of day to day operations and provides staffing for several registration areas within the Patient Access Department. Responsible for ensuring timely/customer friendly patient access, registration accuracy, up-front collections and managing hospital calls. The incumbent will support the Director Revenue Cycle in a highly diverse range of issues such as transitioning the organization’s culture to a rapidly changing, complex market.

A minimum of 2 years of hospital registration and management experience is preferred. Must have the ability to manage all departmental functions and have the ability to communicate (orally and in writing) effectively with patients, doctors and other departments.
