The Director of Performance and Service Excellence assists the organization in meeting its mission, vision and goals through coordinating and implementing performance and service excellence, strategic planning, and project management efforts and initiatives. Provides management and oversight of Coord Patient Experience and Service Excellence Coord.and oversees all aspects of the Service Excellence program. Manages Employee Rewards and Recognition Programs. Provides oversight and direction for Patient Grievance Process.
