The Monitor Technician is responsible for cardiac monitor observation and reporting of cardiac rhythm changes to the nursing staff for further investigation when indicated; demonstrates knowledge appropriate to the age of the patients served.  All work is performed under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).

Education: High school diploma or GED

Experience: Previous hospital experience required

Licenses/Certificates: BLS Certification required
