Supervises the operation of the Helen Keller Hospital Working Fit to provide maximum level of services for employees/eligible patients and corporate clients. Supervises all aspects of Working Fit Operations for Helen Keller Hospital employees/ eligible patients and corporate clients. Develops and implements processes and programs for employees and corporate clients. Reports to the Executive Director of Human Resources and is classified as a management position.

Education: 

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Nursing from an accredited institution

Experience: 

Two year’s work experience in a healthcare or occupational health setting to include supervisory responsibilities.
