The Hospitality Assistant is responsible for delivering and retrieving patient meal trays, providing individualized assistance to each patient, Hospitality Rounds and nourishment services

Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred

Experience: Minimum of two years in food service required with health care experience preferred

Additional skills/abilities: 

• Excellent communication and customer service skills required
• Must be knowledgeable of and able to follow the standards of federal, state and regulatory agencies and JCAHO for sanitation, food preparation and handling
• Must be able to properly identify patients and maintain confidentiality
