Responds to phone calls and emails regarding customer requests, compliments, complaints and suggestions. Assists with Grievance/Compliaint Committee preparation and stay aware of complaints and grievances that are left unresolved to assist in meeting departmental goals and federal guidelines. Rounding on patients and patient families daily.
Experience in an office management or public relations environment. High school/GED
