Overview

Facility and Space programming. Design Coordination

Qualifications

Education required: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Construction Management, or related field
Education preferred: Master’s degree in Architecture, Design Management, Construction Management, or related discipline

Experience requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in architectural drafting, facility planning, or healthcare design
  • Experience working in a hospital or healthcare facility environment preferred
  • Experience conducting field surveys and preparing as-built documentation
  • Experience with space programming and stakeholder coordination
  • Experience managing CAD standards and facility drawing databases
  • Experience coordinating external vendors and consultants

Skills:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (required)
  • Working knowledge of Revit (preferred)
  • Understanding of building codes and healthcare standards (IBC, NFPA, FGI Guidelines)
  • Ability to produce demolition plans, construction documents, furniture and finish layouts
  • Knowledge of facility asset management systems
  • Ability to review shop drawings, submittals, and construction documents
