Assists with providing leadership, direction, and administration of all aspects of skilled nursing facility and other entities to ensure compliance with established objectives and realization of quality, economical health care services, and other related lines of business.

Assists with recommending and updating long-range plans which support the nursing home’s philosophy and general objectives.  Manages employees through subordinates, usually other department heads/supervisors. 

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent training in administration or other subject area with a strong emphasis on human relations and oral/written communication skills. 

Current Nursing Home Administrator license with the Alabama Board of Examiner.
