A Medical Records Technician III functions under the direct authority and supervision of the Director of Health Information Management.

• Filing, prepping, scanning, indexing
• Chart Location
• Accessing Information in CPSI, T-system, and other associated electronic medical record systems
• Basic equipment/computer operation
• Release of Information
• Inpatient and Outpatient Analysis
• Birth and Death Certificates

Cancer and Trauma registries

EDUCATION:

• High school graduate or equivalent with good typing/computer skills
