Provides leadership, direction, and management for practice management division and several operational departments, Keller compliance and privacy program (as described below), environmental services, wound care program, special projects, and other duties as assigned by the President. Reports to the President, is a key member of the executive leadership team, which manages Helen Keller and Red Bay Hospitals.
Oversees, in conjunction with the Huntsville Health System Corporate Compliance department, all ongoing activities related to the development, implementation, maintenance of, and adherence to the organization’s policies and procedures covering the compliance program and the privacy program. This includes access to patient health information in compliance with federal and state laws and the healthcare organization’s information privacy practices.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required
Education: B.S. degree with Master's Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred. Sufficient previous management experience in administration and or experience as an administrative resident in a healthcare setting.
