The Network Team Lead (NTL) provides quality support to Heart Center and Heart Hospital users with a high degree of customer service, technical expertise, and timeliness. The NTL helps in resolving telephone, wiring, hardware, application, or system issues. The NTL is also responsible for assisting with the coordination of IT support work orders and projects. The NTL manages, organizes, plans, and directs training on all Heart Center office automation products. The NTL is responsible for effective training support of network clients, hospital employees, connected HH affiliates, and others dependent on network training service. Responsible for daily network maintenance and monitoring. Troubleshooting of network equipment including hardware, software, and peripherals. Establish and maintain network users, user environments and user related security rights. Creates and maintains system documentation. Additional responsibility will include assisting managing GE Practice Management and Cardiology component of the Electronic Health Records system (Cerner) Microsoft Exchange, ScImage PACs, McKesson Hemodynamic PACS, MUSE and Cerner applications as appropriate including but not limited to troubleshooting, upgrading and managing 3rd party products. |
