Job Summary
Inspects, report malfunctions, and makes minor repairs to equipment and physical facilities.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
1. General cleaning of equipment/spaces/buildings/grounds. 2. Completion of work orders, PM’s and other records. 3. Building component installation/maintenance/repair. 4. Accept and complete additional duties as assigned. 5. Respond to fire and other emergencies. 6. Participates in helping with all department activities as needed. 7. Picks up materials when needed.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
Education: HS/GED required. Technical training in a health care environment on equipment and utilities preferred.
Experience: One year experience or comparable combination of education and experience in maintenance preferred.
