Responsible for clinical, consultative and educational activities that identify and facilitate processes to address the learning needs of staff. Accountable for developing and monitoring RN orientation, policies and procedures, and opportunities for staff development. Works closely with assigned clinical departments to ensure quality.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required
• Current AL or Multistate Nursing License Required
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required
• ACLS, TNCC and ENPC and or PALS must be obtained within the first year of employment
• ER Staff Nurse experience required
