Responsible for the administrative and clinical management of the Behavioral Health unit, a ten-bed, secure, inpatient psychiatric facility within the general hospital. Responsibilities include management of a staff of social workers, psychiatric nurses and psychiatric technicians including scheduling, education, and payroll functions, as well as management of the departmental budget, and responsibility for the clinical quality and content of the program offered to inpatients and their families. Progressively responsible hospital management experience strongly preferred.
