Overview

Responsible for maintaining Human Resources personnel files, current and non-active. Ensures employee documentation is maintained alphabetically in an easy to find location before reaching employee files. Assists with processing new employee and termination files. Purges and prepares employee files and maintains documentation of the files sent to the storage company. Assist with data entry as required. Assist with special projects when required by Human Resources staff.

Qualifications

Education : High School Diploma or GED required

 

Education Preferred: Post-high school education preferred

 

Experience: Prefer some clerical/administrative support experience, preferably in Human Resources
